2. Service Description

ClientHunter provides AI-powered tools to help users:

  • Find local businesses without websites
  • Generate professional websites using AI
  • Send automated cold emails to business owners
  • Manage invoices and client relationships

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Follow CAN-SPAM Act and GDPR regulations for email marketing
  • Not use the service for spam or unsolicited communications
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use ClientHunter to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk emails
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other individuals or businesses
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware or malicious content
  • Impersonate others or provide false information

5. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided within 14 days of initial purchase only.

6. Intellectual Property

ClientHunter and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ClientHunter and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

ClientHunter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever including breach of the Terms.
